BOD Incubator is manufactured and tested as per I.S.I specifications and calibrated against E.R.T.L (W) standards. It is designed for accurate temperature control and uniform incubation conditions for laboratory applications.
The chamber is triple walled at back & bottom and right & left / top side for better insulation and stability. Standard model comes with SS 304 mirror finish inner chamber and powder coated MS outer body. GMP model is available with SS 304 inner + SS 304 outer body with matt finish.
It includes heavy caster wheels for easy movement and a powerful motor & blower air circulation system to maintain uniform temperature throughout the chamber with better than ±1.0°C uniformity. Heating system includes a moisture removing tubular air heater behind the baffle wall.
The incubator is provided with a double door system for safety and stable climate control—outer metallic door with magnetic gasket and inner transparent flexi glass door for sample viewing without disturbing internal conditions.
Cooling system uses a hermetically sealed compressor with overload protection and CFC free R-134A eco-friendly refrigerant. The unit is insulated with 65mm thick PUF insulation and includes safety features like compressor ON delay, MCB mains protection, and high temperature cut-off controller.

Tri Gas Incubator (Hypoxia Chamber) is specially designed for controlled environment experiments in mammalian cell culture, anaerobic cell cultivation, sperm/ovum research, microbial culture, tissue growth, hatching and germination applications. It provides accurate control of O2, CO2, N2, temperature and humidity to create hypoxic or customized incubation conditions.
The chamber is available in 50 / 100 / 150 / 180 Liters capacity with multi gas supply support (N2, CO2, O2). It features a real-time monitoring system with analog connection port, LED display and individual 2-channel touch button operating panel for easy control.
The unit offers fast recovery of CO2, O2, N2, temperature and humidity without overshoot, ensuring stable and reliable performance. In-line filters are provided to remove gas impurities and contaminants for clean incubation conditions.
