SSW MP1296 Melting / Boiling Point Apparatus is a microprocessor controlled instrument suitable for dark colored and any colored samples. It comes with selectable ramp rate heating and a high performance viewing system for accurate observation and results.
The unit includes an inbuilt motorized stirrer with variable speed control, glare-free background illumination and cylindrical silicon oil bath made of high temperature toughened glass (approx. 200 ml). The bath is covered with a teflon top cover fitted with oil immersion heater and includes 3 capillary holes + 6mm test tube hole for boiling point determination.
It supports programmable ramp rate heating from 2°C to 40°C/min with UP/DOWN keys and auto selection. The apparatus also provides USB connectivity and sample memory storage, making it suitable for QC and research labs.
